15th ANNUAL BASEBALL BAT BLAST

Thank you for considering a donation to support the Stony Brook Baseball program. With the 2021 season upon us, we are poised to make you proud.  Our coaching staff and student-athletes are committed to representing Stony Brook University with integrity, on the field, in the community, and in the game of life.  

HERE IS HOW THE BAT BLAST WORKS

Each player on the team will get a specific number of pitches thrown to them (based on how many were sponsored) and we count how many hits they accumulate.  After each player bats, we tally all of the totals and the player with the highest batting average will be declared the Bat Blast champion. It is a fun way to raise money and ensure our continued success.

Thank you for considering a donation to support the Stony Brook Baseball program. Seawolves Athletics is facing the greatest financial challenge we have seen in our lifetime, and are going to need our incredible alumni, donors, and fans to help continue to carry on the tremendous progress we have built together over the years. The impact of COVID-19 on our budget remains unclear but we could face losses up to $5 million.
