has been in private practice for 13 years. His office recently underwent an expansion, doubling the size of the facility. He has three children-Thomas Tyler, James Christopher, and Emily Rose-and enjoys spending summers with them on Long Beach Island. Dr. Bissell said 2011 is his last year coaching boys lacrosse but he is looking forward to coaching his daughter next. He is still involved in Boy Scouts with his sons and will attend Philmont Scout Ranch in 2012 for two weeks of high-altitude hiking and camping. Dr. Bissell loves the outdoors and enjoyed hunting season; skiing in Park City, Utah, and Telluride, Colorado; and is looking forward to the warm weather for fishing and water skiing, especially now that he owns a boat.

first year as a pediatric dentistry resident at Cohen Children's Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York, was anything but uneventful: On August 17, 2010, she and another resident were outside the hospital when they were asked to assist a woman who was giving birth in the parking lot. The baby was halfway out of his mother and starting to turn blue with his umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. Dr. Bui, who had previously worked as a physician assistant in an emergency department, sprang into action. She untangled the umbilical cord as the baby emerged, and then she cleared his airways and placed him on a floor mat until other medical personnel could arrive. News of the unusual delivery spread and soon Dr. Bui was featured in newspapers and on TV talking about the event.
