I am excited to serve as the 2012-2014 President of the Stony Brook School of Nursing Alumni Board.
Our goal is to build strong and lasting relationships with our present and future alumni across the country,
while providing support for our current students and advancing the interests of professionalism in Nursing. BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!
WOULD YOU CONSIDER GETTING INVOLVED BY:

- Drop us an email with ideas so that we may be more responsive to your needs.
- Joining us at one of our coming events featured on our website.
- Become a member of our Alumni Board, or perhaps joining one of our active subcommittees.

Robert Wood Johnson Grant and Simons Match Helps Stony Brook Address Nursing Shortage, Diversity
Stony Brook University School of Nursing (SON) has been awarded a $100,000 grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) which will be used to fund scholarships designed to expand enrollment to help address the nationwide nursing shortage and increase the diversity of nursing professionals. The grant will be matched by the Simons Foundation Challenge Grant for a total impact of $200,000.
